Originally established as a branch of the Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology in 1988, it is one of the oldest scientific institutes that has consistently produced distinguished graduates in terms of knowledge, ethics, and creativity over the past 36 years. In 2012, it transitioned into the Faculty of Engineering, and to this day, it continues to graduate outstanding students in the fields of public works and construction.
